Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jeff Goldblum. If your items are not quite right, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
